    The Journey of Life

By Mark Roth on November 3, 2009 at 5:04 pm

Yesterday we got Rod and Staff’s November 2009 newsletter. Here are the two closing paragraphs of John D. Martin’s front page editorial:

A new publication The Upward Way is a good example of an effort to help youth relate to life by recounting the experiences of others who have found their way through the maze of life to victory in Jesus. It is entirely possible for us to lose the way amid the stresses of life if we do not keep in step with God. We need to maintain a vibrant relationship with the Lord so that we might finish our course with joy.

“But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God” (Acts 20:24).
