By clicking on the link below, you will be taken to PNG's online signup form. After filling out the form and submitting your information, you will receive an automated Callback from PNG Communications within 15 minutes after hitting the final "Confirm" button.
The call will come in to your main phone number. So, if you are using that phone number to access the Internet right now, you will have to log off right after you submit the form so that you will be able to receive the call. (If you are not using your main telephone number to access the Internet, then you don't have to worry about logging off.)Whoever answers your main phone will need to provide the following information for the automated caller:
- Name and phone number
- The month and date you were born
That's it! Your confirmation will then be complete!
Remember:
The automated operator will try 3 times to place the call, so it is important
that you log off after submitting the form if you are using your main telephone
number to access the Internet. Also, you must be available to answer the
call at your main telephone number. If at all possible, you, or an authorized person,
should be at your main telephone number right after you hit the "Submit"
button.

Trouble Shooting
- I am at work or some other location, signing up for home service.
- If someone is home, let them know so they can verify the switch. Then go ahead and submit your application. And if no one is home, email me after you submit your application, letting me know that you were not home to verify the switch. I'll take it from thre.
- I didn't receive the automated callback! What should I do?
- If you do not receive the automated callback within 20 minutes after filling out the form and hitting the submit button, please email me at markr@anabaptistbooks.com and I will arrange your confirmation personally.
