Thank you so much for your interest in the PowerNet Global long distance phone service I offer.

First, a review of the basics of the plan:

3.9 cents per minute on all continental USA interstate calls

Rates are round-the-clock -- anytime, day or night

No contracts and no signup fees

60-second billing

$15.00 monthly minimum usage requirement; otherwise, a $2.50 billing fee is incurred

Now for answers to some natural questions people have.

1. Is this a Christian long distance phone company?

No. Companies aren't Christians; people are!

2. Do you have any service charges?

Under the 3.9 cents a minute plan, there is a service charge of $2.50 for each month your usage drops below $15. Otherwise, you incur no service fees or charges.

3. Is this an introductory offer?

No.

4. What is the rate for inbound toll-free calls?

The interstate rate is 3.9 cents a minute. Intrastate calls are billed at the same rate as your outbound intrastate calls.

5. What is Power Dial and how might it help me?

PowerDial is a "dial around" service offered by PNG. This may help lower your in-state as well as international calls. When you are set up with PowerDial, you simple dial 888-30-30-730 before dialing the number you wish to call.

6. What is the rate on your travel cards?

These are billed at 10 cents per minute . These cards are postpaid cards, meaning you are billed for their use along with your other monthly PNG usage. These cards have no monthly fees. The only surcharge is 35 cents per call (a Federal surcharge) if you use the Travel Card on a pay phone.

7. My phone company charges a fee for switching long distance carriers. Do I get reimbursed for that?

Absolutely. Just include a copy of that portion of your telco bill with the next PNG bill you pay.

8. Who is the actual carrier of the phone calls?

Qwest and Touch America, but you cannot get this rate program from them directly.

9. May I have account codes to categorize calls as business, personal, etc?

Yes.

10. My regular monthly usage is less than $15 and I don't want to be paying a monthly $2.50 service charge!

We offer a 5.4 cents per minute plan that has no monthly minimum usage requirements.
