This is the first attempt at an inclusive analysis and portrayal of the inner spiritual history of the entire Anabaptist-Mennonite movement from its sixteenth century beginnings to modern times. The author deliberately chooses to focus his study on the relations between Anabaptist Mennonitism and Pietism, since for most Mennonites after the sixteenth century, Pietism in some form or other has been the most powerful modifying influence.
The seventh book in the Studies in Anabaptist and Mennonite History Series. 268 pages. Paperback. Timely Publications. Copyrighted in 1949. Link to this page: http://www.anabaptistbooks.com/catalog/titles/378.shtml
