We also reduced some of our rates for Priority Mail service. More details and changes noted here:<\/p>\n<p class=\"indent30\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.anabaptistbooks.com\/shipping.html\">Shipping Policies and Rates<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We have also made some adjustments to our policies governing returns and refunds. I suppose the biggest change is to institute a minimum restocking fee of $4 &#8212; again, details here:<\/p>\n<p class=\"indent30\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.anabaptistbooks.com\/returns.html\">Returns Policy<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"section-header\">CONTACTING US<\/div>\n<p>I know we have been difficult to get ahold of at times. Well, I&#8217;m working to change that. I have set up four new ways to contact us &#8212; fax, a special form, voicemail, and (if you are &#8220;lucky&#8221;) phone. Several weeks ago we opened a box to find that several copies of &#8220;Storytime With the Millers&#8221; had their covers scored or creased. You can buy them here:<\/p>\n<p class=\"indent30\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.anabaptistbooks.com\/blog\/2010\/damaged-storytime\/\">Damaged Storytime With the Millers<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I also have a list of special product listings that I expect will change contents over the weeks. Their annual 10% Spring Textbook Discount is under way. Alas, we cannot match that and still make a profit.
