Of course, a significant percentage of what sell comes from three trusted publishers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Christian Light Publications\n<li>Pathway Publishers\n<li>Rod &amp; Staff Publishers<\/ul>\n<p>Anyway, on Saturday I received a phone call from an out-of-state friend of many years. He was concerned that I sell a certain book. In the course of our conversation, he mentioned in passing another book we sell (which he seemed not to realize we have on our site).<\/p>\n<p>On the basis of his concerns and our respect for him, I decided to disable sales of those two books until we make the opportunity and the time to review them ourselves.<\/p>\n<p>The books? <i>I Will Build My Church<\/i> and <i>Life Is for Living<\/i> &#8212; neither from any of the above publishers.<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully we can read them before too long!<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I got to wondering: Do people assume we review each book before we decide to carry it?
